Each Team will be responsible for their protective wear. Helmets for both driver and batter are required. The rodeo will provide bats, and balloons. In an effort to make the contest go faster , a chalk line circle will be drawn and those going outside the line will be disqualified. Intentional ramming will also be cause for disqualification. Each rider must register and sign waiver.

WAIVER
       
I hereby acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age, and participating in a dangerous sport, and accept responsibility for my actions and my ATV. Furthermore, I hold harmless the Fortuna Rodeo Association for any bodily injury or property damage that I might incur during this event. I also agree to be responsible for any damage that I may cause to another rider or their machine. I agree to follow the rules as set forth by the Fortuna Rodeo Association, and realize that failure to do so will result in being excluded from the event with no recourse for a refund.
